FAQs
What types of aviation clients do you work with?
We work with just about every corner of the aviation world — flight schools, aircraft dealers, charter companies, maintenance shops, and aviation influencers. If it flies, sells, or supports flying, we can tell its story.
Do you travel for shoots?
Yes. We’re fully mobile and flexible. We can fly to you, you can fly to us, or we can drive to you if you’re in the North Texas / DFW region. Most new clients start with the “We Fly to You” option so we can capture foundational footage of your operation. Typically, if you fly to us or we drive to you we’ll pass those travel savings on to you.
What if my company doesn’t have social media yet?
No problem — we’ll help you get started before we ever show up with a camera. About a month before filming, we’ll send you a short setup brief that walks you through creating your social accounts, basic branding, and posting structure. By the time we arrive, you’ll have your profiles ready — and we’ll start filling them with professional content right away.
Can you manage our social media for us?
We don’t offer full social media management — and that’s on purpose. We’ve found that the most effective aviation brands are the ones that manage their own day-to-day posts in-house. It keeps costs low and makes your operation’s personality shine through authentically.
Our job is the hard part: creating professional, cinematic content you can use across all your platforms. Once that foundation is in place, the “posting” side becomes simple — we’ll help you set up a plan so your team can handle it confidently.
What’s included in a typical shoot?
Every shoot is customized, but most include a mix of cinematic b-roll, interviews, aerial footage, and candid shots. You’ll receive both long-form content (like brand videos) and short-form cuts optimized for social media. We can also tailor content for YouTube, Instagram, or your website.
Can we request revisions?
Yes — you get two rounds of revisions per video. We want you to be thrilled with the final product, not just satisfied.
What do you need from me before filming?
We’ll send a short pre-production brief to confirm your schedule, filming locations, and branding preferences. We’ll also need a point of contact for access permissions and/or emergencies. Beyond that, just make sure your aircraft or facility looks camera-ready — we’ll handle the rest.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the travel method and scope. Local “We Drive to You” shoots are the most budget-friendly. “You Fly to Us” offers the best value and efficiency, while “We Fly to You” provides the most comprehensive coverage. We’ll tailor a quote once we know what you need.
Do you offer ongoing content packages?
Yes — many clients move into monthly or quarterly retainers after the first project. We maintain your content pipeline, manage consistency, and keep your brand looking current all year.
